Sang Hoon Jeong is a partner in the Corporate & Finance Practice at Yulchon LLC and the head of Yulchon’s Shanghai office who practices primarily in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions, Acquisition Finance, Project Finance, and Fund/PE. Mr. Jeong received his LL.B. and LL.M. from Seoul National University and completed his training with the 32nd Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea.
