Kyu Sang Hwang Bio

Kyu Sang Hwang is a partner at Yulchon and belongs to its Corporate & Finance Practice. Before joining Yulchon, Mr. Hwang was a judge advocate for the Korean Air Force. He completed the 33rd Judicial Research and Training Institute course and obtained the qualification as a Korean attorney. Mr. Hwang received his LL.B. from Seoul National University and earned an LL.M. at the University of Southern California. His primary practice areas are mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate compliance, capital market and mobility.
