Kayoung Kim Bio

Kayoung Kim is a partner at Yulchon LLC who practices primarily in the areas of corporate legal affiars and finance. Ms. Kim received her LL.B. from College of Law, Seoul National University and completed the 40th training course at the Judicial Research and Training Institute. She started her career at Yulchon LLC and later joined Yoon & Yang LLC before returning to Yulchon LLC in 2024. Ms. Kim has built extensive expertise across various domains, including M&A, funds, private equity and corporate governance.
