Junshik Yoon Bio

Junshik Yoon is a partner at Yulchon LLC’s Corporate and Finance Practice and practices primarily in the area of M&A, Private Equity, Corporate Governance, Insolvency & Restructuring. He also represents multinational clients engaging in special industries, including Bio-tech, Gambling (Casino) and Energy, as well as Chinese companies and investors. Prior to joining Yulchon in 2023, he has worked at Kim & Chang for about 10 years and Corruption Investigation Office of Korea as a public prosecutor for about one and half years. Mr. Yoon received his LL.M. from Harvard Lawschool and admitted to New York State Bar.
