Hyerim Kang Bio

Hyerim Kang is a partner at Yulchon LLC who practices primarily in the areas of corporate legal affairs and finance. Ms. Kang graduated from the Seoul National University (SNU) College of Law (LL.B.), and subsequently from the SNU School of Law (LL.M.). After beginning her career as an attorney with Yulchon, Ms. Kang further refined her expertise at Yoon & Yang LLC and rejoined Yulchon in 2024. Ms. Kang has extensive experience in advising corporate clients in various industries including medical and pharmaceutical, finance and manufacturing on corporate legal and finance matters. Ms. Kang is also active in advising clients on cross-border M&As, including Korean companies attracting overseas investment and investing in overseas companies.
