Hyeon Hwa Shin Bio

Hyeon Hwa Shin is a partner at Yulchon who practices primarily in the areas of M&A, finance and overseas investment. Ms. Shin received a bachelor’s degree in 2001 and completed an M.A. in law at Korea University in 2006. In 2009, she earned an LL.M. at the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Korea and New York.
