Hosung Song Bio

Hosung Song is a partner at Yulchon’s Corporate & Finance Practice. Mr. Song received his LL.B. from Seoul National University, School of Law and completed the 40th class of Judicial Research and Training Institute, the Supreme Court of Korea. He is licensed to practice in Korea. Currently, Mr. Song provides advisory services to clients on Mergers and Acquisitions, Fund/Private Equity, Banking/General Finance, Insolvency and Restructuring, and Sports/Cultural Industry.
