Eun Young Kim is a partner in the Corporate & Finance Practice at Yulchon. Ms. Kim received her LL.B. from Ewha Womans University and studied at the Judicial Research and Training Institute from 2010 to 2012. Ms. Kim practices primarily in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions, Acquisition Finance and Fund/PE.
