Pham Minh Thang Bio

Thang Pham is a YKVN partner based in the Singapore office with more than sixteen years of experience in international arbitration and corporate M&A. Over more than the last decade, Thang participated in the development of YKVN’s international arbitration practice, contributing to its inclusion in the GAR 100 list of the top global international arbitration law firms. In this process, Thang has worked on most of YKVN’s complex and high-value international arbitrations including construction, oil & gas, debt restructuring, investment, professional liability, and shareholders’ disputes, conducted under the VIAC, SIAC, ICC, and UNCITRAL rules seated in and outside of Vietnam. Thang is qualified in Vietnam and California. Thang received his LLM (2016) from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law and his LLB (2007) from the Hanoi University of Law.
