Le Thi Loc Bio

Le Thi Loc is a partner in YKVN’s Ho Chi Minh City office. With over 25 years of experience, Loc’s practice focuses on M&A, foreign investment, corporate matters, labour and employment, and real estate. She regularly assists foreign investors on commercial and investment activities in Vietnam, from the pre-licensing to the post-licensing stage. Highly active in M&A (in various industries, including among others, real estate, education, fintech, manufacturing and service sectors), she has advised leading local companies including State-owned enterprises and major Vietnamese conglomerates and international firms such as financial institutions, insurance companies, and private equity funds. In addition, Loc is also an expert on employment, e-commerce practice and education. Some of her clients are Central Group, OliveTree, Grab, Lazada, Dow, Sodexo, Motorola, Cathay Pacific, RMIT, Gaw, and Masan Corporation.
