Ezra Baris has extensive expertise advising multinational clients in a broad spectrum of commercial and corporate matters. Ezra’s practice focuses on cross-border transactions, mergers & acquisitions, international public tenders, and project finance transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Ezra practiced for three years in Boston as a lawyer with Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky & Popeo PC in the firm’s Business & Finance section. Prior to that, Ezra practiced at Yigal Arnon & Co in Tel Aviv, where he was a member of the firm's International Corporate department. Ezra clerked on the Supreme Court for the Honorable Justice Theodore Or. Ezra also served as a member of the Hebrew University Law Review, Mishpatim (1991-1992), and as an articles editor of the Israel Law Review (1992-1993). Ezra is Chairman of the International Law Committee of the Israel Bar Association, and is also a member of the Corporate Law Committee and of the Infrastructure and Energy Committee of the Israel Bar Association. Ezra also serves on the board of the Israel-Canada Chamber of Commerce.
