Chris represents small and medium-sized private businesses in mergers and acquisitions. Chris handles all aspects of commercial real estate for developers, investors, lenders, landlords, and tenants. This includes the acquisition, development, financing, sale, and leasing of all property classes, including shopping centers, office buildings, mixed use projects, industrial and waterfront property, and government-owned property. Chris has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts and commercial documents, including those used in corporate, commercial real estate, and M&A transactions.
