Quak Fi Ling is the Co-Head of the Private Equity and Sustainability & Responsible Business Practices and a Partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. Her main practice areas are mergers and acquisitions, privatisations, private equity investments and corporate and commercial transactions. Fi Ling graduated from the National University of Singapore and is admitted to the Singapore Bar.
