QUAK Fi Ling is Co-Head of the Private Equity and Sustainability & Responsible Business Practices and a Partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. Her main practice areas are mergers and acquisitions, privatisations, private equity investments and corporate and commercial transactions. Fi Ling has been described as someone who has "in-depth knowledge", "able to negotiate well" and is "commercial and calm under pressure". She has been praised for being "smart and a strong negotiator" as well as "highly appreciated for her comprehensive advice which addresses risks that can be overlooked by others". Fi Ling guest lectures on the module for Entrepreneurship in Singapore – From Cradle to Grave, at the Singapore Management University and is also the Co-Chair of Cross-Border Investment Committee of The Inter-Pacific Bar Association. She graduated from the National University of Singapore and is admitted to the Singapore Bar.
