NG Wai King is the Chairman and Managing Partner of WongPartnership. Wai King's experience focuses on mergers & acquisitions ("M&A") and private equity. Wai King graduated from the National University of Singapore where he was awarded the AV Winslow Prize, and obtained a LL.M. from Columbia University School of Law where he graduated as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
