Bio

Miao Miao is a Partner in the China Practice. His main areas of practice include foreign direct investment, project finance and equity transactions, with a focus on corporate finance-related transactions, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. He has particular expertise in deals relating to power plants involving foreign investment, having advised on approximately 20 such deals in China. Miao graduated from Zhejiang University, PRC, University of Leeds, UK and National University of Singapore. He is admitted to the Bar of the People's Republic of China, Singapore Bar and the Roll of Solicitors of England & Wales.
