Kevin Ho Bio

Kevin HO is Co-Head of the Corporate Governance and Compliance Practice and a Partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. His main areas of practice are corporate governance and compliance, regulatory compliance, and corporate advisory, covering both public and private clients. Kevin graduated with First Class Honours from the National University of Singapore and is admitted to the Singapore Bar. He is a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors and sits on its Bulletin Committee.
