Bio

Jayne Lee is a Partner in the Corporate Governance and Compliance and Mergers & Acquisitions Practices. Her main areas of practice are corporate governance and compliance and corporate advisory, covering both public and private clients. Jayne graduated from the University of Nottingham and was awarded The Singapore Institute of Legal Education Prize for the Best Student on the Course in Part B of the Singapore Bar Examinations 2014. She is admitted to the Singapore Bar.
