Bio

Hsiao-Huey Teo is a Partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. Prior to joining WongPartnership, she worked in a Magic Circle firm and a Wall Street law firm in Hong Kong S.A.R. Her main areas of practice are mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity. Hsiao-Huey graduated with First Class Honours from St John's College, University of Oxford where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Jurisprudence. She also obtained a Master of Laws (First Class) from Trinity Hall, University of Cambridge where she was awarded the Ian Malcolm Lewis Prize for Law. She is qualified to practise law in Singapore, England and Wales and New York.
