Soon Keong is a Partner in the Debt Capital Markets Practice and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. His main areas of practice are securities and structured product offerings, securitisations, local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and general corporate and commercial transactions. Soon Keong graduated from the Singapore Management University and is admitted to the Singapore Bar.
