Dawn Law is a Partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Business Establishment Practices. Her main areas of practice encompass mergers and acquisitions, privatisations, private equity, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, business establishment and other general corporate law. Dawn graduated from the National University of Singapore and is admitted to the Singapore Bar.
