Anna Tan Bio

Anna TAN is a Partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. Her main practice areas are mergers and acquisitions, covering both public and private transactions, and general corporate and commercial transactions. Anna is recognised as a “Rising Star Partner” by IFLR1000 – The Guide to the World's Leading Financial Law Firms, 2023 and clients have described her as "a first-class M&A lawyer who is very commercial, across all issues and user-friendly. She is highly capable and always delivers". Anna graduated from the National University of Singapore and is admitted to the Singapore Bar.
