Andrew Ang is the Co-Head of the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice and a Partner in the Private Equity Practice. His main practice areas are local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, privatisations as well as private equity investments. Andrew graduated from the University of Nottingham. He is admitted as a Barrister-at-Law (Gray's Inn) and to the Singapore Bar.
