Tomasz Stasiak is the Co-Managing Partner of Wolf Theiss in Poland. He is also the head of the Polish Real Estate & Construction practice, which has expanded significantly since he joined the firm in 2017. Tomasz has over 20 years of professional experience on the CEE real estate market, which coincides with the growth of the modern, institutional real estate market in Poland. Tomasz has represented major international investors and developers in a number of landmark projects in Poland, Ukraine, Hungary and Lithuania. Tomasz’s experience encompasses all industry sectors, from logistics and office to retail, leisure and residential; and from land acquisition through the development process, including permitting, financing and leasing, to de-investment and portfolio transfers. Tomasz also has experience assisting international manufacturing corporations operating in Poland with respect to construction and labor matters. Lately, Tomasz has been advising on restructuring of major real estate portfolios, including re-zoning, conversion of yielding assets and forming development-focused joint ventures. Tomasz has acted as an arbitrator in real estate disputes. He cooperates on a daily basis with other Wolf Theiss offices providing unified cross-border advice. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Tomasz worked at other prominent international law firms in Warsaw and Kyiv.
