Teja Balažic Jerovšek (Law Office – Odvetniška pisarna Teja Balažic, d.o.o.) is the main contact of the Employment team in Ljubljana. Teja also advises on corporate matters and has a strong track record in disputes and litigation. With regard to employment matters, Teja advises local and international companies on a wide range of issues ranging from day-to-day operations, incentive schemes and policies, to restructurings, including transfer of employees, collective redundancies and negotiations with works councils and trade unions. Her corporate law work encompasses the establishment of entities in Slovenia, corporate housekeeping, as well as the coordination of cross-border corporate projects and acquisitions in the Adriatic region. Teja is a member of the Labour Committee of AmCham in Slovenia.
