Teja Balazic Jerovsek has more than 15 years’ work experience in the legal profession and joined Wolf Theiss in 2011. In her prior career she worked also at the District Court in Kranj, one local litigation law firm and one commercial law firm in Slovenia. Her career experience includes advising local and international clients from a number of industry sectors (banking, insurance, pharmaceutical, food, retail, transportation) in their day-to-day business and in challenging reorganisation proceedings (including transfer of employees or collective redundancies). She represents clients in litigation proceedings as well as in out-of-court negotiations. Moreover, she coordinates also cross-border projects and acquisitions of companies and their subsidiaries in the Adriatic region. Teja is a member of the Labour Committee of AmCham Slovenia.
