Taras Dumych Bio

Taras Dumych is the Managing Partner of the firm’s office in Ukraine. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, agriculture, infrastructure projects, private equity, energy and natural resources, real estate and dispute resolution. Taras is the author of numerous articles on agriculture, real estate, energy law and foreign investment protection in Ukraine. Prior to joining the firm, Taras was Assistant Professor at the Law School of The University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, Kyiv, Ukraine, and Partner at a prestigious international law firm in Ukraine.
