Sasa Jovicic is a member of the Projects team and is one of the most prominent projects lawyers in Croatia, with extensive M&A experience. He holds a certificate as a Croatian public procurement specialist. Saša is currently focusing on large infrastructure projects in Croatia, especially in the transportation sector (motorways, terminals, railways) and the energy sector. Saša previously developed a substantial track record in mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructurings, as well as employment and real estate. He has been advising a number of prominent international clients on their business efforts in Croatia since joining Wolf Theiss in 2005.
