Richard Clegg Bio

Richard Clegg is a transactional and regulatory lawyer working throughout Central & Eastern Europe and South Eastern Europe. He has particular specialization and expertise in structuring and negotiating transactions and projects across the regulated sectors and his experience includes advising on internationally significant infrastructure, telecom, energy and technology transactions. Richard has held senior positions in industry and private equity, as an M&A partner with an industrial and infrastructure fund, and as the Group General Counsel and Group Investment Director of Bulgaria Telecom.
