Bio

Richard Clegg is an equity partner at Wolf Theiss, working throughout Central & Eastern Europe and South Eastern Europe. A transactional and regulatory lawyer, Richard has particular specialization and expertise in structuring and negotiating transactions and projects across the regulated sectors and his career experience includes advising on internationally significant infrastructure, telecom, energy and technology transactions. Richard has held senior positions in industry and private equity, as an M&A partner with an industrial and infrastructure fund, and as the Group General Counsel and Group Investment Director of Bulgaria Telecom. He was educated at University College London, The College of Law and INSEAD and is an English qualified solicitor and Bulgarian registered foreign lawyer.
