Peter Oberlechner Bio

Peter Oberlechner is consistently ranked as one of the leading real estate lawyers in Austria and in the CEE/SEE region. He is regularly involved in complex large scale real estate developments and transactions, including PPP projects and real estate related M&A projects. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss as a partner in 1999, he worked in the Corporate International Department of the New York firm Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle. Peter is a member of the Chicago based Counselors of Real Estate (CRE), an association of elite real estate advisors, and of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
