Natasa Lalovic Maric has over 20 years of experience working in the fields of corporate law, M&A, capital markets, insolvency and restructuring, banking and finance, commercial litigation/arbitration and IP. Over the years, Nataša has advised a multitude of international clients on various forms of investments in Serbia, capital markets issues, as well as with respect to various disputes involving commercial matters. She is listed as one of the Permanent Arbiters of the Serbian Arbitration Tribunal. Nataša has been recognized for her excellence by IFLR 1000 and other leading legal directories.
