Markus Bruckmueller is the Managing Partner of the firm’s office in Slovenia. He is specialized in corporate/M&A, banking & finance and real estate. Markus has more than 20 years of experience in providing legal advice on large-scale M&A transactions, cross-border banking and finance projects, and real estate transactions. He regularly holds internal and external lectures on aspects of M&A transactions and restructurings.
