Bio

Marika Lomashvili is a member of the Banking & Finance team. She advises international financial institutions, corporations, and credit institutions on domestic and cross-border finance transactions (project, acquisition, structured and real estate finance), (debt) restructuring transactions and non-performing loan transactions as well as numerous aspects of banking and capital markets law. Before joining Wolf Theiss, Marika worked at the Vienna office of one of Austria’s major law firms.
