Luka Tadic-Colic Bio

Luka Tadić-Čolić specialises in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions and finance transactions. He has significant and locally unmatched experience in advising clients (both foreign and domestic) on their investments into Croatia, corporate reorganisations and minority shareholder issues. Luka holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School and also practiced as a partner with a major Croatian corporate law firm before joining Wolf Theiss in 2008.
