Ileana Glodeanu is a member of the Corporate/M&A and Employment teams and heads the local practices in Bucharest. She has a particular focus on energy, TMT and pharma, and has advised on some of the largest transactions concluded in the past few years in Romania. She also specialises in insolvency and restructuring, including distressed M&A.
