Bio

Horst Ebhardt co-heads the firm-wide Corporate/M&A team. He specializes in complex cross-border transactions in the fields of M&A, privatizations and restructurings in Austria and throughout the CEE/SEE region. He regularly advises clients from a broad range of industries, including financial institutions, life sciences and private equity, on corporate finance and governance matters. Over the last 12 years, Horst has served as the lead attorney on about 90 transactions, several involving a value of more than EUR 1 billion. In addition to his practice, Horst teaches an M&A program at the law school of the University of Vienna. He is admitted to the bar in Austria and was previously also admitted in the Czech Republic.
