Dora Gazi Kovacevic Bio

Dora Gaži Kovačević specialises in corporate, M&A, employment law and corporate investigations. She has significant experience in leading complex cross-border M&A projects and internal compliance investigations, and she regularly advises international and domestic clients on corporate and commercial matters. In addition, Dora focuses on large HR restructurings, management relationships and post-M&A compliance. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss in 2008, she worked with a prominent Zagreb based law firm and at the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs.
