Bio

Clara Gordon joined Wolf Theiss in 2013. She focuses on complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate structuring. She regularly advises large Austrian and international corporations as well as medium-sized companies and investment companies from a broad range of industries. Clara is the author of a book and several articles on corporate law subjects, her doctoral thesis won the renowned Award of the Austrian Banking Association. She is an active member of the International Association of Young Lawyers AIJA and a member of AIJA’s Extended Bureau.
