Bartosz Kuras Bio

Bartosz Kuraś is a member of the Corporate/M&A team in Poland. He has a strong focus on providing transactional advice on domestic and cross-border M&A matters and supports clients on an ongoing basis. Bartosz assists strategic and financial investors as well as private equity. He participated in numerous transactional projects, including projects involving the purchase and sale of enterprises and their elements, as well as share deals. He is also active in the field of commercial contracts and in taking up new technologies.
