Kaz is a partner in our corporate team. He represents both Japanese and international clients in cross-border mergers and acquisitions and a variety of other legal matters. Kaz handles a range of public and private M&A matters for both strategic and private equity clients, cross-border joint ventures, and global capital markets transactions, including advice on financial regulations. Kaz also has accumulated considerable experience in initial public offerings and other capital market businesses.
