Bio

Hendrik Kangasmuukko specializes in M&A, capital markets, securities and financing. He is experienced in domestic and cross-border corporate transactions and investments as well as financing matters. Hendrik has particular experience in corporate governance matters as well as assisting on annual general meetings in public companies. He is also a recurring guest lecturer on M&A at the law program at the School of Economics in Gothenburg.
