Tim advises on domestic and international acquisition transactions, setting up joint ventures and other collaborative projects, drafting commercial contracts and (re)financing transactions. In addition, Tim set up and expanded the start-up practice. He has extensive experience in setting up startups, startup financing, employee participation and other legal challenges facing startup and venture investors. In this, Tim combines his interests in law and technological and social developments. His clients are founders of startups, buying and selling business owners, (in)formal investors and venture capitalists, Dutch and international manufacturing companies, distributors and retailers and (financial) service providers, international law firms and financiers.
