Roeland van Ruth Bio

Roeland is an experienced real estate lawyer. He has a broad civil real estate practice with a particular focus on real estate transactions, project development and rental law. He is also an expert in the field of rights in rem such as ground lease, building rights and easements. Roeland is a regular sparring partner of buyers or developers and has a special affinity with complex real estate transactions, logistics and retail projects. By being involved in projects from the beginning, he strategically and legally guides his clients to the optimal result.
