Sophie Nguyen advises French and international companies and investors on their domestic and cross-border transactions. Her practice encompasses mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity transactions. Sophie is a partner in the Paris office with extensive experience in M&A, private equity transactions and other corporate law concerns, both in France and internationally, and handles a broad spectrum of matters, including LBO’s, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. She advises leading companies, sponsors, family offices, institutional investors, portfolio companies and management teams with a focus in telecommunications, media and technology, healthcare, food & beverage, business services and automotive sectors. Prior to joining the Firm, Sophie began her career in major French and international business law firms and spent more than ten years at a prestigious American law firm. She is fluent in English and French.
