Matthew Schlosser represents private equity funds and public and private companies on a variety of transactions, including buyouts, recapitalizations, and mergers and acquisitions. Matthew focuses his practice on private equity transactions. He also has experience counseling clients on SPAC formations, de-SPAC transactions, executive compensation and incentive equity arrangements, and other corporate counseling and compliance matters. He has represented clients across a variety of industries, including financial services, health care, manufacturing, and technology.
