Matthew Costigan has been recognized as one of the nation’s top lawyers in corporate, M&A, and private equity transactions. He represents acquiring and acquired companies in both public and private mergers and acquisitions, and handles private equity and corporate governance issues for companies and investment groups in a range of industries. Matt concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate governance. Matt’s experience includes representing both public and private companies, as well as private equity sponsors (and their portfolio companies), in a variety of consummated acquisitions, divestitures, equity investments and joint ventures, including for Arbor Investments; TJC, LP; Motorola Solutions; Veradigm (f/k/a Allscripts); Beam Suntory; Underwriters Laboratories; Amylu Foods; and USG Corporation.
