Edith Boucaya advises leading corporates, family offices, private equity funds founders and managers on the structuring, negotiation and documentation of complex acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, corporate reorganisations and joint ventures. Edith is a partner in the Corporate Department of Winston & Strawn’s Paris office who assists French and foreign groups or companies in their national and transnational transactions, acquisitions or disposals, in the implementation of strategic partnerships and reorganisations. She also assists investment and private equity funds, founders or managers in LBO and expansion capital transactions. Edith has practiced since 1995 and has been a partner in the Corporate/M&A/Private Equity of numerous international Law firms. She is fluent in English and French.
