Jonathan Chan is a partner in the corporate practice at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. He represents early and late-stage venture-backed technology companies, including in venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings. Jonathan particularly represents many companies in the crypto, fintech, games, digital entertainment, and AI sectors. From 2015 to 2019, Jonathan was a co-founder and COO of Fig, a venture-backed investment platform that raised over $15 million in funding for independent game developers and was later acquired by Republic. Prior to co-founding Fig, Jonathan was a senior director of business development and business affairs at Electronic Arts, leading dozens of commercial transactions and partnerships in distribution, platforms, and publishing.
