Bio

Jason Breen is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he represents public and private companies at all stages of growth in M&A transactions, primarily working with clients in the life sciences and technology industries. Jason also represents venture capital, growth equity, and private equity funds and focuses on other strategic transactions, including divestitures, joint ventures, and financings. Prior to joining Wilson Sonsini, Jason was an equity partner in Goodwin Procter's Los Angeles office. He started his legal career in the New York office of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.
