Tal Hacohen is a leading corporate lawyer and trusted advisor to domestic and multinational public and private company clients in all aspects of their strategic transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, debt and equity financings, and general corporate matters. Over nearly two decades of practice, Mr. Hacohen has advised countless industry-leading companies in the fields of technology, life sciences, financial services, communications, specialty manufacturing and energy, among others, in transactions of all sizes and structures. Mr. Hacohen also regularly advises boards of directors, shareholders and other stakeholders in all aspects of corporate, partnership and limited liability company law, including corporate governance and fiduciary duty matters. As part of his corporate practice, Mr. Hacohen also provides solution-focused, strategic advice to early- and growth-stage companies, with a particular focus on Israeli-related technology companies. He often acts as “outside general counsel” to his early-stage clients, providing support on general corporate matters, capital raising transactions, corporate governance and general business strategy. Before joining WilmerHale, Mr. Hacohen was a partner in the New York office of another large international law firm, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
