Dominic Massa is a nationally recognized intellectual property litigator with nearly 30 years of experience representing many of the world’s leading technology companies in high-stakes patent disputes across a wide range of industries. Mr. Massa has broad experience across all aspects of trial and appellate practice, including trials in state and federal courts throughout the country, investigations before the International Trade Commission, and appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. As a member of the Patent Bar, Mr. Massa has represented clients in dozens of inter partes review and reexamination proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Mr. Massa has represented clients in disputes involving a wide variety of technologies, including integrated circuits, microprocessors, semiconductor manufacturing, wireless communications, speech encoding, power management, computer software and medical devices. With a background in electrical engineering and computer science, Mr. Massa focuses on presenting complex technical subject matter to judges and juries in an accessible and persuasive manner.
