Christian Crones Bio

Christian Crones advises clients on a wide range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, cross-border commercial agreements and alliances as well as venture and private equity financings. He also assists clients with complex compliance issues, in particular in a US/EU cross-border context, and with corporate law or bankruptcy-related and litigation matters. His practice involves clients in a variety of industries, with an increased focus on regulated and heavily technology-driven industries. Dr. Crones is the partner-in-charge of the firm's Frankfurt office and a member of the firm's Management Committee. He joined the firm in 2002.
